Our Policies

We offer three different packages to fit your needs and budget:

 

 

Package A - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / RECEIVABLE ($125/mo)

 

At the closing of each month, you mail us copies of your:

  • Invoices sent to your customers
  • Bills / Invoices sent to you from your vendors

We then prepare and send to you:

  • Accounts Receivable Report
  • Accounts Payable Report

 

 

Package B - BOOKKEEPING ($250/mo)

 

At the closing of each month, you mail us copies of your:

  • Bank Statements
  • Cash Receipts
  • Payroll Summary
  • Outstanding Checks and Deposits in Transit form (provided by us)

We then prepare and send to you:

  • Bank Reconciliation Report
  • General Ledger 
  • Cash Receipts Journal
  • Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, & Capital Statement)

 

 

Package C - COMBINATION OF BOOKKEEPING & AP/AR ($375/mo)

 

At the closing of each month, you mail us copies of your:

  • Invoices sent to your customers
  • Bills / Invoices sent to you from your vendors
  • Bank Statements
  • Cash Receipts
  • Payroll Summary
  • Outstanding Checks and Deposits in Transit form (provided by us)

We then prepare and send to you:

 

  • Accounts Receivable Report
  • Accounts Payable Report
  • Bank Reconciliation Report
  • General Ledger 
  • Cash Receipts Journal
  • Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, & Capital Statement)
